We want to be plain about our role:
- We are a concierge and broker, not the owner of the properties, boats, aircraft, or vehicles featured on this site.
- Hotels, villas, private drivers, restaurants, activity providers, and any premium add-ons such as helicopter transfers or sunset charters are supplied by third parties.

How does the concierge arrangement work?
When you send an enquiry, we listen to your preferences, propose an itinerary, and coordinate with suppliers on your behalf. We aim to match couples with reputable, appropriately licensed providers and to be honest about what we can and cannot confirm.
What we do not do is guarantee outcomes. We cannot promise a specific room, a particular table, clear weather for a cliff-edge dinner, a smooth sea crossing to Nusa Penida, or that any experience will run exactly as illustrated. Suppliers set their own operating conditions, and factors such as weather, ceremony days, road closures, and maintenance are outside anyone’s control.

USD conversions use an approximate Rp15,000 per USD reference rate. Actual rates depend on your dates, party size, exchange rate at time of payment, and supplier terms. A quote is only firm once the relevant supplier confirms it in writing.
Who is responsible during your trip?
Because we coordinate rather than operate, responsibility sits with the confirmed supplier for the service they deliver. This matters for how liability works.
- Each hotel, villa, transport company, restaurant, and activity operator is responsible for the safety, licensing, insurance, and quality of its own service.
- Seraya Moments and Bali Premium Trip are not liable for injury, loss, delay, cancellation, damage, or dissatisfaction caused by a third-party supplier, nor for events beyond reasonable control such as weather, sea conditions, illness, flight disruption, or government restrictions.
- To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability for any concierge coordination failure is limited to the concierge or coordination fee you paid us for that arrangement, and does not extend to the supplier’s charges or to indirect or consequential losses.
- Nothing in these terms limits any right you have that cannot lawfully be excluded.
We strongly recommend comprehensive travel insurance covering trip cancellation, medical care, water activities, and personal belongings. Note honestly that vow renewals in Bali are symbolic celebrations, not legally binding marriages.
How do we handle your data under UU PDP and GDPR?
We only collect the information we need to answer your enquiry and plan your trip, such as your name, contact details, travel dates, and stated preferences. We use it to prepare quotes, coordinate with suppliers, and communicate with you.
