Who operates this site, and in what capacity?
Seraya Moments is published by Juara Holding Group and operated on the ground by Bali Premium Trip. We act as an independent concierge and travel broker. We plan, coordinate, and connect — we do not own the hotels, boutique villas, restaurants, private cars, or add-on experiences (such as sunset charters or heli moments) that appear across this site.
Where an asset is not ours, arrangements are made through vetted, licensed local partners. That means the operator, resort, or transport provider you ultimately book with is the party responsible for delivering that specific service, holding the relevant licences and insurance, and honouring its own terms.
What are we not?

How current are the prices and figures we quote?
All prices, durations, and figures on Seraya Moments are stated as of 2026 and are subject to change without notice. Where the source research quotes US dollar equivalents, those use an approximate reference rate of Rp15,000 per USD; real exchange rates move daily.
A few examples we cite for planning colour — and which you should always re-confirm before you travel:
- Taman Ayun Temple (Mengwi) entrance: about Rp20,000 per person (roughly USD1.30).
- Kecak Fire Dance at Uluwatu Temple: about Rp100,000 per person (roughly USD6.70), typically performed at sunset around 18:00.

We never provide guaranteed returns, guaranteed outcomes, or investment-style promises of any kind. A recommendation is our informed opinion, not a warranty.
Do you publish real reviews, ratings, and awards?
Yes — and only real ones. We do not invent reviews, star ratings, testimonials, award years, or credentials, and we do not attach a partner’s genuine recognition to a service it does not apply to. If we reference a venue’s reputation, it reflects publicly verifiable information at the time of writing. If you spot anything that reads as inflated or outdated, tell us and we will correct or remove it.
Is a Bali vow renewal legally binding?
No. Vow renewals, symbolic blessings, and anniversary ceremonies arranged through our network are romantic and symbolic experiences. They are not legal marriages, re-marriages, or any change to your legal marital status. If you need a legally recognised ceremony in Indonesia or elsewhere, that is a separate legal process handled by the appropriate authorities and licensed officiants — not something Seraya Moments performs or certifies.
